Fruitbody initially bladder-like, becoming goblet-shaped to flat, 0.3-1.0 cm broad; upper surface smooth, orange to chestnut-brown; margin can be wavy and split, finely dusted with white when young; underside concolorous with upper surface, sometimes frosted with white; stalk slim, 0.2-1.5 x 0.07x0.15 cm, brownish, darker towards the base.
